A study of over one million cases during a 5 year period that demonstrates
the importance of accreditation of office surgical facilities. There were 23 deaths in 1.l million procedures and only one of those deaths was due to an interoperative adverse event. These statistics show the safety of surgery performed in an AAAASF accredited facility.
