“Stem cell facelifts” involve fat (stem cells) injections into the face. However, the use of them lacks scientific proof that they “rejuvenate” the skin.
In our practice we use fat harvested by the body jet system (“Aqua ShapeSM Liposuction”) to add lost volume to the aging face, which we have found to improve appearance in conjunction with appropriate facial surgery.
